Its a new pokemon that form that mewtwo turns into watch the japanese trailor for the new pokemon movie coming

Sadly, according to the new trailer from pokemon, Mewtwo transforms into it during the clip.

in the original mewtwo strikes back mewtwo clones a bunch of pokemon, maybe he cloned himself and chose not to let it out because he didn't want anymore competition then while fighting the 5 genesects he teleports back to the island and lets it go to help him fight the genesects

I think this is a new attempt by Team Rocket to clone Mew once again. If that is the case then it is possible that Team Rocket will be the evil ones of this gen once again. just my theory.
