A buddy of mine was dispatched to a scene where a home-owner shot an intruder to death with a 20 gauge shotgun. The homeowner shot the intruder two or three times with that 20 gauge. My buddy said it really tore that bad guy up. He said he was surprised how much damage that thing did to the bad guy.

I have that shotgun in both 12 and 20 gauge.

A 20 gauge in 3 inch chamber is as good as a 3 inch 12 gauge with the tungsten shot loads. You can hunt geese with the 20 gauge 3 inch tungsten shot loads.
