For those asking why Lagertha kissed Kwen: Lagertha is a creature of passion. She again showed it this season when she hooked up with Heahmund, who is a villain. Heahmund is attractive and Kwen is attractive, but Heahmund is more honorable than Kwen because he is a priest, despite also being a bloody warrior. That is why Lagertha never went further than one kiss with Kwen, because she could tell she wasn't to be trusted.
