This always makes me wonder why traffic light manufacturers haven't perfected the idea of having a traffic signal with just one light that can be all three light colors. In this day and age with LED lights that can be all different colors, I would think it's possible. Besides, in Phoenix, a lot of traffic lights have the right arrow just below it, and it's only one arrow that is either green or yellow, so it is a possibility.
