What Mike did was definitely third-degree assault, but, like you said, seeing as Mike had history of someone he cared about being abducted, the judge may show him a bit of lenient. so I’m guessing the judge may just force him to pay fine, pay for any medical bills, his victim, dealt with, and force him to go to therapy
