This and Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit were the last 2005 DreamWorks Movies to be distributed by Universal before Paramount took DreamWorks’ Distribution rights in 2006.

Fun fact: This Madagascar DVD was printed on Brad Bird's 48th birthday. That's awesome.

Feels surreal seeing a Universal trailer (Dolby's Curious George advert) on a DreamWorks DVD...

Steve Carell's first animated feature voicing Hammy before officially lending his role to voicing Felonious Gru in the Despicable Me franchise. Steve must’ve had an impressive acting portfolio. Fun fact: Steve was voicing Hammy at the time The Office (U.S.) was in production. Trivia: Jim Carrey was the original voice for R.J., but was officially changed to Bruce Willis, who also voiced Spike in Rugrats Go Wild (2003).
