My name is Tim Palmer, and my aviation channel is a platform by which I can share my flying. The Jodel I own is a DR1050 built in 1963
I have held a PPL since 1976 and I have owned or part owned a light aircraft since 1980.
In December 2014 I retired from education, having been a headteacher for 17 years and a class teacher for 21 years prior to that.
My aim was to create a 'ride along' aviation channel. I am not a flying instructor nor do I claim to be a good pilot. I record for my own review but edit for story telling and enjoyment so some content is not always included.

I have also used the platform to host a playlist for the British Council as part of 'Connecting Classrooms' and our link with Adukrom JHS in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
