It's a RaidHP voltmeter from online shop Conrad.de. It costs about 50€. It has 3 connectors: 2 for the battery, you need some longer wires for that and one that goes under the main switch. I just cut a hole in the plastic, stuffed the voltmeter in and siliconed it around. Half an hour's work.
