This is great advice for doing anything in life. If you want to make a living at something, work, work, and work at the basics. Figure out what superficial stuff people really care about and incorporate some of it.

Preach Bryan Preach. Pro Wrestling is the hardest sport in the world to make a living in. All do respect to NBA,NFL and MLB they are tough sports but it is not like wrestling were you get drafted to teams with 30 players on it and are seen in college. You have to start from wrestling in backyards and small independent companies then you still have to train each day. On top of that it is a 365 day schedule there is no offseason. I love wrestling but it is the hardest sport in the world in my opinion.

IF I'm not mistaken this is from Wrestling Road Diaries. If you haven't watched it I REALLY recommend you do. Outstanding documentary and one of my favourite pieces of wrestling media ever.
