Im a blender animator and the only thing I can say is that any moon animator animator willing to switch to blender, do it. Its not hard it only takes a few months to get used to and is worth it

Blender's IKs are really helpful but in Moon Animator you can just use onion layers to help you set the part positions just like the last keyframe, it's just the experience that matters mostly.

Honestly I just implemented a method I found in a discord server where you weld a ball to each leg (doesn't have to be, that's just the norm) and use onion skin, nothing wrong with blender it's just it was way to complicated for me compared to how used to Moon I was, also I like actually being able to see my scene and the progress, Blender doesn't allow that, but maybe I should give it another try some time.

if you are making cinematic animations i'd say get moon animator with the pack too because it allows you to add in particles, import multiple anims at the same time

I’m a Moon Animator guy and I’ve never used Blender. To be honest, from what I can tell, I can agree that Blender is much, much easier to use. However, in my opinion, animating with MA is my preference. It’s harder but it also serves as an additional challenge, prompting you to dig deeper into the principles of animation. You don’t have a lot of tools or shortcuts (other than easing) at your disposal, so it’s fun to see all your hard work come together. Not trying to say that it doesn’t apply to Blender, though. This is just a trait MA has that really sets it apart.

Tbf, if you did the same thing on Blender but with FK, there would have no difference to compare Moon Animator. it's just that it lacks IK except Roblox's own animation tools (Knowing it would take a lot of time to code inverse kinematics integration to Moon Animator) unfortunately.
