it seems to me that it can not be installed because I already have the program but I need to uninstall it and it does not appear in the control panel

may i ask a question, I have the app on my laptop because its new, and it was also working fine the other days, however, there were some instances were the keyboard color was returning to its original color (not what i picked) and from what i know, its supposed to go back to the color that i picked after the computer opens. Another thing is that the app was jus working fine the this morning, but now its not opening at all, and the keyboard color reverted back to the original red color. Pls help
