Cooking, baking, fermenting—anything related to food is not just a passion for us, but a hobby and a true passion. Here on our channel, we share videos just for fun and in the spirit of community. We only showcase recipes that we've cooked, tasted, and found to be exceptional.
We make compromises only on spice levels and herbs due to our young children. However, we firmly believe in allowing ingredients the time they need to develop their full flavors. Taste requires patience. We specialize in creating slow food that's full of flavor, yet quick to enjoy with the family. That's why we include both the actual cooking time (usually short) and any waiting periods (like simmering or fermenting) in our recipes.
