My theory is that this was someone recording themself practicing the drums over the song. It would explain why the drums don’t always match up and why you can barely hear the singer.

One comment mentioned that they heard the exact song on a Russian radio station, i found that radio station's YouTube channel which contains live performances of songs. Could the original song be hidden in that channel?

I put it on 1.25 speed, it sounds more natural even if the drums are a bit too fast but maybe the drummer has fast reflexes idk¯\_(ツ)_/¯
