Okay for shits an giggles I made this. I did put vanilla in the whites and the yokes. I did sprinkle some Swerve confectioners sugar to the whites also. I didn't have a cool machine like glove man did, but I used a wisk hand mixer. Didn't get it as thick as his, but it was still awesome. I did also sprinkle some Swerve on the top when it was done, but I think for me it was to sweet. Won't put vanilla in the yokes. The only thing that I would do different next time is make more. This was AMAZING!!!

Not a surprising Japanese dish. The eggs is highly revered in Japan as a perfect food & desserts are refreshingly never too sweet. But I think my fav part was the tossing of the eggshells

YA HABÍA COMENTADO EN ESTE LUGAR QUE EN MÉXICO ES UN DULCE MUY POPULAR LLAMADO DUQUESA, VIENE DOBLADO A LA MITAD Y LO VENDEN JUNTO A OTROS MERENGUES DE CLARA DE HUEVO HORNEADOS, SOBRE PAPEL ENCERADO "LOS MERENGUEROS" CAMINAN POR LA CALLE CON SUS TABLA DE MADERA EN LA CABEZA, GRITANDO, "MERENGUEEEES"!!!

Looks very easy, but despite the added sugar I’m sure it still tastes like… egg. A sweetened omelet, essentially.
