Thank you for that fix. I use GOG version so I just installed the inmm238 and then lanched gog version as normal (without compatability enabled) and it works perfectly now.

it didnt help me... i tried to start it after and my screen just froze and i had to restart the computer.. any solutions?

Hallo. Leider habe ich Probleme. Ich habe die GOG Version gelkauft über den Launcher installiert und dann alles wie in der anleitung gemacht. Das einzige was bei mir passiert ist das die exe. kurz startet und im Prozess einfach stehen bleibt. Ich kann dann auch auf dem Desktrop nichts mehr anklicken. Muss erst den Task beenden und den Explorer neu startet damit ich mein Pc wieder verwenden kann. Zu Info ich benutze einen AMD CPU 8320 8 core und eine gtx 1070.

If you've tried this fix and the game doesn't work, then it may be because of your monitor! I literally just made that discovery. The game works on my secondary displays as well as my TV, but it absolutely refuses to run on my main monitor! I have absolutely no clue why that is! I changed my refresh rate to 60 (from 144), I changed the color settings (full range to limited range) and other things but nothing worked. The game runs flawlessly on my secondary monitors and TV with this fix but not my main one! My mind is blown!

Ich habe es mit der gog Version ausprobiert. Scheint aber nicht zu funktionieren. Das Programm stürzt beim starten ab und man muss Windows Explorer über den Taskmanager neustarten bevor man den Computer wieder benutzen kann.

It works! :D Only one problem though. All the music is mixed up and play's out on sync, e.g. menu music during battles, and start of turn music in menu xD. Any fix for this?

hey ich hab den Patch und so installiert wie du es im Video gemacht hast. Das hat früher auch funktioniert. Ich hab nun mein PC Formatiert und wollte wieder Hogs of War installieren mit allem drumm und drann. Wenn ich es jetzt ausführe dann Hängt sich mein Bildschirm auf also ich kann nurnoch meine Maus bewegen und sonst nichts. Kannst du mir da weiterhelfen ?

Can someone confirm that this patch still works on Win10 build 1909? When i apply the patch my game does not even start anymore and i cant click buttons on my desktop - it seems, that there is an invisible layer in the foreground... i use the gog- and original-cd-version

what version of windows 10 did you have there?
