We had a car like this with the same engine, its not that fast but it is powerful. The only problem is, the fuel consumption is high.

the 2.5 turbo will sprint away from the 2.9 n/a but offroad in low gear situations the 2.9 has the advantage i think, i've driven both offroad and have to keep the revs up to get the boost in the 2.5t

@jabarty07 2.9 might be a bit small for the Titan i think....probably suits the Frontier better

@norulez1875 750kg unbraked and 2250kg's with a braked trailer, 1139kg payload for crew cabs like this, slightly higher for reg cabs

How are those 2.9 naturally aspirated diesels compared to the 2.5 turbo diesel model, which one produces more horsepower and torque?

because they want us to buy their shitty trucks that get horrible mpgs. i pretty sure this trucks can get up to 30mpg or more in highway. i would love a diesel my self i think that ranger 4door looks pretty damn good compare to ones in the states.
