As a Japanese national, it has always been a delight to see how Nick respects Japanese dishes. Even though he is still a learner, a real quick learner for that matter, he never imposes a western modified version of our food and that alone is a testament to his humble personality. Big fan.

It’s hard to come by someone with as much respect for who your cooking for as you. As a culinary artist you cook and treat those you cook for as family. Massive respect to you keep doing what you do!

Yama is probably the most kind and friendly guy I have ever seen. He praised nick and his cooking, he said thank you, and best of all, he didnt even get angry when nick didnt do his job as a waiter. Even though Yama's status is so high, he is so nice and friendly. Such a gentle giant (Also, kudos for him to try english)
