TIPS: chashni (Sugar Syrup) has to warm(NOT HOT) means slightly hot when you dunk the fried jalebis in it. aor bohoot dair taq chashni Mei rakhna nahi hai (keu ke yeh gulab jaman nahi hai). if its too hot, then due to the heat the crisp crust of the jalebi will soften. during frying the oil temperature should be medium jab aik taraf crispy ho tub turn kerien. and do not skip any ingredients. Today made it for iftar, I have tried so many recipes for jalebis, tried it with besan, lentils, rice flour etc etc, BUT believe me this recipe is a winner, super easy and super tasty. Thanks so much RKK for making it so simple. Love ️️
