I can't add essentials.fly and other permissions they don't work! Adding permissions don't work on this plugin

If i create a group and add some permisson (/spawn) and reload the server and the plugin it doesnt work. ive promoted me in the player group if i type /spawn i have no permissions

I get an error that the player never joined the server. Please help

essentials wont work ill do /lord group permission add Dev essentials.fly.... as an example but it wont work

Hey GingerGames, atm i am running a 1.10.2 server, and it IS compatible. BUT, for some reason, when i attempt to add permissions to a group, it will say they are added, but when i try to use the command, it will say i do not have the permission. I would really love you to help me fix this because i have tried several perm plugins, and this one is the only one that has came close to working.

Is there anyway I can rename or delete a group?

I can't seem to allow my friend to break blocks. How would I go about doing that? We could just get you on the server if you wanted to do that.
