Yes this line does see regular service, shiny rail. There is a switchback that leads up to some industries and crosses back under I81 going west. The trolley goes from Steamtown to the "Rail Riders" baseball stadium with some VERY tight turns just before the stadium, so tight the hyrailers had to disembark while the speeders turned at the stadium.
