My channel focuses on overall health and wellness in all aspects of life including, but not limited to faith, emotional and physical fitness (nutrition and exercise), and finances. Staying healthy, fit and mentally sound is key. Finding balance is often challenging, especially given the demands of my job which includes travel. However, it is possible and it is worth all the effort. Feel free to join me on my journey to achieve and maintain the balance that we all seek. I love connecting with others on a similar journey and those thinking about or preparing for a similar journey to wellness, fitness, home ownership, and purchasing budget friendly home/home decor/yard/porch/patio, and clothing items.
