How did they dodge the camera in the reflection? CGI?

who else see's a noticable jitter on a pc?, especially f you focus on the edges of objects..

Obviously they shot the room (including the actor) with camera facing opposite direction, then they used it as an overlay on the picture. You can also tell because of the reflection not really moving accordingly to panning of the camera. The reflection pans much less than it would in real life.
