First of all, the Japanese word "touge"(峠) generally translates to "mountain pass" in English. As touge driving rose in popularity during the 80's and 90's, the anime/manga Initial D and the video game Ridge Racer revealed some of the experiences of serious street drivers/racers/drifters. This is a channel that I made because I wanted to contribute to the scene; to share my real life and virtual mountain pass driving adventures. In recent years, there have been more challenges in keeping the touge scene alive and strong ass this motorsport becomes older and more distant from what it was decades ago. I want this channel to encapsulate the spirit of our beloved endeavors and keep the underground, "cult-like" nature of touge racing. Touge. Speed. Passion. SUBSCRIBE and join the community!
