I just realized he is playing on, "Ladies Night" mode. You can tell because Bonnie, Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Freddy, and BB have not moved at all (as seen on the map). With that being said, Foxy isn't as aggressive as he seems. He waits longer before attacking and is repulsed by the flashlight a lot easier.
