I think he just reacted to her knowing his name. He didn't tell her, and when she said it, he looked surprised, then slightly reached for her as if to say 'Wait, how'd you know my name?"

To me, I think he was just confused due to him forgetting everything that happened last time thanks to Caine.

That could be possible. Since Zooble kinda glitched out Caine, maybe some of Gummigoo’s memory resurfaced.

I thought the same thing, the look on his face before he leaves when Pomni tries to talk to him is kinda heartbreaking.

i think the gesture was like "how do you know my name?" cause even though she said "I'll call your order when you're name is ready" He didnt question how she knew his name until she said it.

sad part about this one is that the gummy gators prolly just despawned after they left the restaurant, completely forgetting everything again

I feel as though he’s an NPC….theres a genuine human side to gummigoo, feels like a human mind is trapped in there

The eyes express more than his hands, you can see him mentally go through so much in so few seconds.

maybe he's just confused as to how pomni (someone, as far as he knows has never ever met him before and is quite literally a random person working at a fast food place) knows his name, like imagine just going somewhere and someone you've never seen before calls you by your name as if they've known you for a while, i'd be disturbed or at least confused by that.

That is a good point.. I also did notice his finger like he was about to touch Pomni and tell her something..
