The Virgin Evil Wizard:

You know, I just realized a disturbing fact about the Necromancer. Throughout the game, when the Necromancer revives the dead, they are mostly skeletons. The only reasons why the bodies are skeletons are because they were bodies from a graveyard and ash-covered corpses, both of which were long dead. In the boss fight though, he brings back corpses that aren't skeletons, but buffed enemies. Take into account that the arena is a torture dungeon. This means that to prepare for the fight with the knights, the Necromancer rounded up enemies from past levels, brought them to the dungeon, KILLED THEM ALL and waited for the knights to arrive so he can have fresh bodies to fight the knights instead of weak skeletons. I know that the Necromancer is supposed to be evil, but that is BEYOND EVIL. Welcome to my Ted-Talk, and this is why I believe that after the fight with the Evil Wizard, the Necromancer should have swooped in and have been the true final boss.

I always liked the Necromancer's fight because he doesn't use any dirty tricks like extra phases or lava pits or giant projectiles. He just summons some enemies, then fights you using abilities that mirror the ones you have (magic and sword techniques). Just makes it so much more fun to fight someone you are on equal standing with.

Hardest part of this fight, Alien Hominid with a health bar.

If you beat the Necromancer on Insane mode, you have my utmost respect.

What gives people feelings of power:

This is the best boss fight (and accompanying fight song) in Castle Crashers. People might hate the buildup with all the enemies, but once the real fight begins, the Necromancer is fighting JUST LIKE A PLAYER KNIGHT. That's what I like about it.

i LOVE this theme, I don't know who the Necromancer really is, but all I know is that he's got an amazing theme song and that just makes it awesome. Awesome stuff :]
