It feels weird seeing the Brimstone laser last longer than 1 millisecond

When I was tired to fail horribly in the attempt to get the Forgotten I just gave up and wanted to do something else instead, so I decided to try and beat Mega Satan with Azazel in hard, when all of sudden I entered the first treasure room and there it was, my salvation. Pyromaniac. I inmidately rushed into the boss room and got the broken shovel, that way, I was able to unlock the forgotten.

I'm more impressed that you completed the posted notes on normal before switching to hard :0 That's so much more grinding, lmao

I completely forgot that bosses could appear in tiny rooms. Man, glad that they changed that.

I'll always appreciate the "Azazel screaming as he fires brimstone" joke.

It's like the broken television from gungeon, you need to carry an active item that hinders you to the last floor for a new character, but nice job. It took me a couple tries to get the forgotten too

If anyone’s wondering, Bethany/book of virtues works with the broken shovel. You can use her to make mom go away more frequently

Very well put together! the added sound effects were nice, and didn't go too overboard, which is perfect!

imagine bombing and using coins on the reroll machine, when you can just use the mother's stomps as "bombs" to reroll the items :D

How to unlock The Forgotten in Repentance: You don't, you right click the game in steam, go to DLC, and check off Repentance. You then go back to Afterbirth+ and find the un-nerfed Pyromaniac/Host Hat in the first treasure room and do the unlocking.

the boss rush when i unlocked the forgotten was both the easiest + most stressful boss rush ive ever done
