Beautiful, I own the Grundig KS772 my father bought in 1969. Quality you don't get today.

Wow!  I have a Grundig KS-590.  I initially thought I would restore it personally.  Ha!  I removed the back panel and realized I had been living in a fantasy world. It works, but the speakers need to be either restored or replaced.  I am taking it to a repairman, hopefully this week!

that reel to reel looks like the great tk-46 without the suitcase side speakers and volume knob same rig though I'm sure of it those are very underated tape decks! I have one I know! very sweet sounding tube unit!

Sound quality is poor due to the camera, not the stereo. Stereo sound is AWESOME!

jeese just looking at the dial face had me wondering if this WAS a tube model..had to be one of the very VERY last tube units most of these with this type of dial and button selection were in fact SS of course you have a tuning eye which is tube so I believe ya just shocked didn't know this style was EVER a tube model

i own a grundig mandello c1/WE.... you mean that if i change the Volt it changes the acoustic quality.... any chance to make a mistake and then have a non-working grundig????
