I am Kat Tran, The Kitchen Kitty and I grew up helping my mom in the catering business.
I spent my 20's as a pastry chef and baker.
I currently work as a behavioral habit coach to help people get their sexy swagger back.
However, I have been a lifelong foodie with a passion to help people and enjoy seeing a smile on somebody's face.
Life is hard... Good food shouldn't be.
