I gave birth September and I had tear in and out but it has healed outside but am still having painful inside my vv when I check it I saw that some of the stitches have losen without me knowing how can I make it to heal at home without going to the hospital am scared when I look at it and touch small fresh blood came out

M from Pakistan it has been one month of my dilvry my stitches become heal but now on of them there is a small hol and from it discharge accours blood and pus please help its very pain full

Mam i got 5 stitches buut 3 of them healed and the other 2 near vagina were completely opened . Should I get them re-stitcched
