Alternate Thermite: before entering detonated entrance, open aimed rapid fire into the breach the moment of the explosion to mask your gunfire, as it is least expected the moment of detonation. The sound and sight of the breach will momentarily hide your shots. You can nab at least one kill that way half the time while they decide on what cover to go to.
