The "CD" system reminds me of an electronic keyboard I had from the 1980s; you could insert Music Cards to make it play a selection of songs. But all the songs were stored in the keyboard itself; all the Music Card did was press a combination of buttons to trigger that song selection!

I literally laughed so hard when I realized there's not actually any data on the discs. They made them 3 different sizes so that they press on the different pins. This is kind of a cool idea but also really dumb. You could make your own discs out of cardboard or anything similarly heavy. It's a shame you couldn't get it to work. Someone with the know how could mod it so you could plug it in the wall. I don't understand why they made it run on batteries. What, did they think you were gonna play it at the beach? Yes, I did steal that joke from AVGN.
