I feel bad for all these people who have shitty management, shitty customers always happen anywhere and that's just life, but luckily at my store my management is pretty good, the higher ups and corporate are garbage but my manager person is not bad

Omg this is SO true. I deal with these type of people and these situations almost everyday as a Barista. Customers can honestly be so stupid. I give them the benefit of the doubt by default but when they don't mention they want it iced, etc, then they get mad at ME for simply doing what they say. Its like, do i really need to ask you if its hot or iced? because if you dont say its iced, i assume its hot. PLEASE customers we can't read your mind and we aren't paid to read minds.
