I dont know where you heard that... but its warrior/rogue weapons, and they aren't 1 per realm...

They are legendary, doesn't mean 1 per server. They do drop off illidan, low drop rate... but not 1 per server.

The difference is, you play on a private server, I dont. also, thats because whoevers private server your on, they made the drop rate that low, it could be different on other servers and i wouldn't be surprised if alot of servers had a vendor for it
