Mine works fine. Notice my nasal passages are no longer dry in the morning and my skin is more supple. You should be able to feel air coming out of the top .

Mine is doing the same thing!!! No mist! That's how I ended up here, I'm trying to figure out why

I purchase this same unit and it works fine, if you have hard water please use distill water. Like Vai Helu said, it's "invisible".. You won't see the stream. To me it's a great product and it works well.

I have the same exact one. They say it’s an “invisible” cool mist humidifier, so you’re not supposed to see steam. However, I still don’t think it works well. I will definitely be returning this product though. If I could rate negative stars on this product I would.

It’s invisible mist , if you read the description it’s new technology… it pulls hot air from the room and cools it and pushes it back into the air cooled …

Worst reviewer ever I did buy one and was confused like you at first. Googled and know how it works. Then I bout second one for our second room. The water gets finished after a couple of days or so , per your usage. It also gets dirty at the filter. It is not the traditional humidifier you know. This is invisible indeed. I felt the difference as my nose was dry before I use it. I got the difference. The good part is it will not make your home wet with heavy humidified water. This is the best product. Please use it well first and review then.

Same issue here. I left it on overnight and water level was the same as where I marked it the night before. Garbage

I have the same one, just started using it today, one is the air inlet, the other is the moisture outlet. Ill keep using it for a week n update, so far not having many problems....
