Update 1: so I got some interesting results it feels like my legs got stronger/faster had some twitches in the calves and cramps in thighs so yeah and also I had some muscles twitches too and got a little stronger. Next thing is I feel like I’m moving faster my reaction speed is faster my arm can move way faster than it could before so yeah my reaction speed definitely increased

Result:healing is much faster

My runny nose is going away now an my legs are having intense cramps
