Middlemen should just be eliminated in selling off farmers harvest. It should just be directly delivered to groceries or supermarkets that has the facilities to make the produce last longer. Small scale retailers just produce more waste.

Ano ang mangyari kung yung presyo sa FTI ay mababa. Kaya mas mabuti kung free market forces ang pairalin. Yung nangyari sa presyo ng bigas nitong linggong ito ay bagsak. Di ba yung NFA ang binigyan ng mandato mag monitor nitong bagong pasang batas para magkaroon ng laissez faire sa rice industry. Ano pang asahan mo sa isang ahensiyang notorious na sa pag-import dahil diyan malaki ang kurakot nila. Ang kawawang farmer niyan naging rebelde dahil lugi.

The farmers need better control of the prices. The large corporations are taking advantage of them at each turn. And the consumers pay full price.

Its sad to see that there are still Filipinos dreaming to improve our agriculture. Its like watching a movie, when the protagonist hope for a rescue while you have read ahead from a movie review that there wont be any.
