Way back when, WWF WrestleFest showed up at a local corner store's adjoining arcade and, for some reason, Free Mode had been turned on. For the rest of the day, kids played Royal Rumble mode endlessly, trading places and tagging in and out with friends as they tired of playing. The owner lost a significant amount of income that fateful day.

Every time I watch this, I still love the High Five bit!

I loved this game. I played this and Hit the Ice in the arcades all the time.

That was Sean Mooney doing the commentary. One weird thing...there were some weird issues with it. The commentary referred to Warrior as 'One', and Sgt Slaughter as 'Rock'. Never understood that...

Back in 9th grade, my last class of the day was always short by about 30 minutes, so the teacher let everyone dick around while she caught up on work and whatnot. The girls would do whatever the fuck they do and the boys would huddle around the two computers. Half of them played some hunting game while the other half would play SNES roms that I had burned to a disc. One guy would bring two gamepads on Monday and take them home every Friday, so we could all play together without sharing the keyboard. Then one glorious day I finally figured out how to get MAME working. When I fired up WrestleFest everyone shit themselves... one kid did literally, but I don't think that had anything to do with the game. Anyway, my God, the fun we all had playing that game. Attitude and Revenge were the two popular console games, but we stopped playing them entirely for three months because we became obsessed with WrestleFest.

This is coming on xbox 360 soon with an updated roster.

How can we all file a petition to WWE to make a WRESTLEFEST 2 on ps4 or xbox 1? They should be able to include retro and current wrestlers with a custom mode to create extra wrestlers.
