I am using the same laptop, I have a 2tb hard drive with the Intel i7-3720QM and the Nvidia NVS 5200m GDDR5 aswell! Its running Windows 10 PRO and has 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ Ram. Its nice to finally see someone else using it too lol even if it is kinda bad either way EDIT: I also repasted mine with Gelid GC Extreme Thermal Paste

You could also try using an external gpu gtx nvidia , there are people with this same laptop using egpu

I actually have some questions, what were the intel extreme settings and how did you even get it to work? Mine wont install, and how did you get your screen to use 1366x768? My default is 1600x900 and I hate it, it used to be that but after a new windows install its stuck at 1600x900. (Also what about the throttlestop settings?)
