To sum it all up, I have lived as a highly stressed person for a LONG period of my life, and my goal is to change those ingrained patterns that have been conditioned over the years. I created this channel to share my experiences, finding ways to lower my stress levels and live a healthier lifestyle. As you can see, lately I’ve been really into making cringey ASMR videos lol.
