The next day your muscles aren’t too burnt and you can interval again. The Swedes refer to variable training in running as fartlek.

What if Eddie had not beaten Royler? I think that one fight made him in so many ways. It's not only that it made him famous in the BJJ world but it gave him an I credible amount of self confidence. Which other well known world class fighters did he beat? He may have beaten a bunch but you only seem to hear about Royler.

Sprinting ‍️ with running gets me in ripped shape fast. Max out, rest for 30 seconds... max out again. I don't recommend it, but it works for me.
