I've experienced ASMR for as long as I can remember, my earliest memory of it being when I was about 9 years old and watching Bob Ross videos on PBS. The combination of his voice and palette knife sounds gives me insane tingles to this day.

My goal with this channel is to help people relax and sleep well through the production and release of ASMR soundscapes as well as traditional videos which will feature, ASMR tapping, page flipping, crinkling and a million other things that will hopefully trigger your ASMR.

Why do I do this? I have had numerous problems with anxiety and panic disorders as well as derealization and dissasociation. I get a LOT of relief from other peoples' ASMR videos, so I want to help others in the same way!
