I examined the tape 5 times (once under slow motion) if you look very closely, you'll notice that as she was pulling the chip up her eyes lowered, dropped what she held, & pulled the last numbered chip out of the bag. I'm sure that the producers & directors also examined the tape and came to the same conclusion & sending Toni a letter that she has not won the car. All prize winners have to wait till their time on stage is aired before they receive their won prizes.
