OMG. You will not believe this……after months of not using my “magic remote” because it was dead & months of trying to make it work again. I just tried it again & got nothing but then took the batteries out for a minute, put them back in (they were new Duracell’s anyway) & managed to pair it up with the TV again & then it confirmed it as well! Over the moon now!

At first it wouldn’t register. I unplugged the tv for a few minutes. After tv was back on, I hit the ok button while standing close to tv with remote. Register instantly. Thank you so much for your help!!

Omg ..thank u ..my original magic controller stopped working like 3 months ago .I ordered another one from Amazon ( without the magic motion) and that one just stop working too..so I followed ur instructions on the original and IT WORKED..THANK U ..new subscriber here

Spilled some juice on remote, cleaned it and dried it out and it still didn't work until I saw this and instantly after resetting (who knew) it started working again! Thank you so much!
