How do you even get train stations? My simoleans keep asking for trains, but I do not have the option to build a stations etc?

I just spent like twenty bucks trying to get an extra train andi still don't think I got it, it's very confusing so far

I have a problem now, that my train carries more passengers than my station will allow, and I don't know how to upgrade a station, I have the largest station now, but its only able to allow 125 passengers to go at once, I lose the ability to make more off each departure, have you figured out how to maximize the station?
