Hi! You have to dart the needle in, otherwise muscle damage is more likely to occur, aka painful. Doing slow injection as you did is only good with insulin needle “29g and on”. I also recommend for Vitamin b12, to use a insulin needle instead of a 25g. The substance of b12 isnt thick like a oil base, so it’s much easier. Insulin needles will cause near no damage

Hey, mag ik je een tip geven? Ben zelf zorgverlener die ook B12 bij zichzelf injecteert en zie dat je wat dingetjes fout doet. Allereerst is je naald tekort. Je hebt een 40mm lange naald nodig. (4x40 of 8x40). Daarnaast, tijdens de vloeistof opzuigen uit de ampul, er zit nog lucht in je spuit. Dus als je de spuit uit het papier haalt, even heen en weer met de stamper. De lucht eruit. En dan de vloeistof opzuigen. En ik zie dat je niet terugtrekt om te zien of je in een bloedvat zit wanneer de naald in je bil zit. Dit is wel nodig in de bil. Staat ook in het protocol hoop dat je je al iets beter voelt inmiddels
