If I were you, I would go to audit mode, create a local account there, and then do the OOBE skip.

Hi, need help. Everything worked perfectly until creating a user in command. It doesn't do the same. When I open the command panel, it first asks for keybord language, then opens it. After, lector c can't be found, e, and f neither. Only D exists, but almost every command I write says it doesn't work.

instead of going into recovery i just opened control panel in audit(you can do it in oobe aswell) to make a user account

I was using windows server which by default uses the Administrator account so I didnt have to go through Create a user, thx for tutorial!
