i am suffering from the same stuttering but in ALL games.

I am a very calm person but after that stutter in 13:27 I would dislocate my fingers from punching the case :O

Yea I have this same damn problem this is the only game it happens in too. I have an i7 11700k and a GTX 1080. My fps is fine it's just those couple of milliseconds that piss me off . If that wasn't happening I'd definitely buy the game

Any fix, mines had improvement by locking CPU core, turning off cstates in bios, adjusting ram timings and locking GPU core via MSI afterburner and some adjustments to voltage output. Not 100% solved but close.

I have the same problem with my new RTX 3070 GIGABYTE OC.

I have same problème with r9 5900x and 3080 rog strix..

i tried with windows 11 and 10 and I got better 1% low with windows 10. But still stuttering.
