In my experience job interviews are 90% corporate bullshit and 10% qualifications. Your advice of just doing a bunch of interviews regardless of actually wanting the job is pretty solid, but you also have to reflect on what questions they asked and what you could have done better in between as well.

You can prepare for the interview by reading alot about the company and sector they are in. Also you dont need to know how to do a job because some will teach you how anyways.

You have to go through so much bs and preform for your ringleaders like a circus, the first min when you walk through that door for the interview they know if they wanna hire you or not and they are honestly always looking for any reason to disqualify you from getting the job
