I didn't have the cream so I used plain Greek yogurt . I also used parmason cheese an omitted the lemon juice. It was so delicious. Thank you for the recipe.

You did a very nice job, however I'd like to give you just a little piece of advice. Note: I'm a professionally trained Chef who does an awful lot of cooking. You do not need to oil your pasta water. In fact it does no good whatsoever to keep the noodles from sticking and it actually does some harm in that it will coat the pasta slightly and not allow the saucer using to stick to it.
